1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
a trough averaging 29.90 inches will lingers over lake erie 
through wednesday morning before a ridge averaging 30.10 inches 
builds eastward across the lake wednesday afternoon through 
wednesday night. another trough averaging 29.80 inches should 
overspread lake erie thursday through saturday as the parent low 
moves east- northeastward from the ozarks toward the central 
appalachians and weakens to 29.40 inches. another trough extending
from low pressure passing north of the great lakes will cross lake
erie on sunday.
